Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the campervan rental offered by Koko Campers. Every booking implies their full acceptance.

Booking and deposit

A booking becomes firm once a deposit is paid online by card (via Stripe). The balance is due before departure, on the terms shown at booking time.

Security deposit

A security deposit — amount [TO COMPLETE] — is taken before the vehicle is handed over and returned after the rental, less any damage or charges.

Driver requirements

The driver must hold a valid category B licence held for at least [TO COMPLETE: number] years and be at least [TO COMPLETE] years old.

Cancellation

Any cancellation must be notified in writing. The applicable refund terms are stated at booking time — [TO COMPLETE: detailed cancellation policy].

Mileage and fuel

A daily mileage allowance is included; extra mileage is charged at the prevailing rate. The vehicle is supplied with a full tank and must be returned the same.

Return

The van must be returned on the agreed date, time and place, clean and in the condition in which it was handed over. Late return or damage may incur charges.

Insurance and liability

The vehicle is insured; cover, excess and exclusions are set out in the rental contract — [TO COMPLETE]. The renter is responsible for the vehicle throughout the rental.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
