Data we collect

When you request a booking we collect: name, e-mail address, phone number, rental dates and details, and licence-age confirmation. Payment (card) data is handled directly by our provider Stripe and does not pass through our servers.

Purposes and legal basis

• Managing your bookings and the contractual relationship (performance of the contract);
• Sending you booking-related e-mails (performance of the contract);
• Measuring audience and improving the site, only with your consent.

Recipients and processors

Your data is hosted and processed by Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (e-mail) and DigitalOcean (hosting). With your consent, analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel) may be enabled.

Retention

Your booking data is kept for as long as necessary to manage the rental and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise them, write to bookings@kokocampers.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French CNIL (cnil.fr).

Analytics cookies are only set after your consent, via the dedicated banner. Cookies strictly necessary for the site to function do not require consent.
